A colleague at work that has just purchased a home referred me to Recap Properties. I called him and the following day he made time to meet with me to discuss all my options, the process and what I needed to do to prepare. We found a home in a beautiful neighborhood with great schools that was a short sale. The property had 35 offers and he sealed the deal with the sellers agent for a steal!! We purchased our first home with equity all ready in the property, it was not a walk in the park but I have to say that if we did not have Recap Properties representing us we would have lost the home. I don’t believe there was any other agent that could have came though for us like Recap Properties did. He did an excellent job and had options for us that made our dream of purchasing our first home come true!
